Lesser Purple Fringed Orchid (Platanthera psycodes) is a 2 foot tall orchid of wet habitats that include woodlands, wet prairies, marshes, swamps and ditches. Prefers shaded, partly sunny areas in sandy, humus rich soils. The beautiful purple flowers appear in July through August in a cluster. The flowers are an excellent addition to any wildflower garden. Blooms attract butterflies and other insects. Prices are in U.S. currency and include shipping & handling fees. We will pay your Michigan sales tax! We only ship inside the continental United States.
